These sessions are about so much more than just photographs; they are about unconditional love, deep connection, and the quiet (and not-so-quiet) moments that make motherhood so transformative. Each gallery will be beautifully unique because each family, each bond, and each story is different.
In our short time together, we will be looking to recreate emotions rather than just images. Dedication in the way you hold your child’s hand, rawness in the way they melt into your arms, the timelessness of a gaze only a mother and child can share. These sessions will be fun, magical, and rewarding in their own way, whether that means giggles, cuddles, or simply soaking up the stillness of the moment. I also understand that for some, this session will hold space for a child in heaven, and I honour that deeply. If there is anything special you’d like to incorporate to acknowledge them, please let me know.
To help you feel fully prepared, this guide will include outfit suggestions, styling tips, and advice on how to bring your vision to life. But beyond aesthetics, I also encourage you to embrace a certain energy. Let it be what it will be. Children are beautifully unpredictable, and that is more than okay. There is no pressure, no expectations and more importantly no judgement.
Just a space where you can simply be together, exactly as you are.

I want your studio experience to feel as effortless and enjoyable as possible, so here’s everything you need to know before your session.
📍 Finding Me
My studio is based upstairs in the Trading Post Building in Port Solent, right next to the Harvester restaurant.
When you arrive:
➡️ Head downstairs towards the main marina entrance and take a right. ( lifts are next to snow rock if you can't take the stairs)
➡️ Walk all the way along the boardwalk—you’ll pass Pizza Express—until you reach the end.
You should see the harvester directly opposite you when you reach the end.
➡️ The Trading Post is tucked to the right.
➡️ I’m upstairs in this building. At the top of the winding staircase, opposite Grace Ann’s Tea Room.
➡️ If you need lift access, use the side entrance of the Trading Post building, come in through the fire exit, and you’ll find me in the left corner upstairs.
⏳ Arriving on Time
Sessions are booked back to back, so please be on time! Any lateness will be taken from your session as I have to keep everything running smoothly. Equally, please don’t arrive too early and wait outside the studio, as this can be distracting for the family before you and put pressure on their session.
